Okay, so this is the first Challenge, so I will explain the rules and such.
The goal is to come up with the best fakemon idea that fits the requirements that I or another admin sets. The winner shall be based upon Typing, Design, Creativity, Movelist, Necesity, and General Info.
There are three types of perameters: Musts- which an entree must be or have, Aditionals- If you choose to have one of these in your idea your points in the Design will go up(but you don't have to do these), and Ideas- and admin might give you an idea that you can use, but you can choose to ignore it if you want.
If an entree does not at least fit into all the Musts perameters then the entree is disqualified.
There might be some small rewards, but we don't have much to offer.
Here is a more in depth in what I mean by these catagories:
Typing- The combination of the typing and how well it is weaved into the total design. The lack of a secondary type can be just as good as combining it with a secondary type.
Design- How closely it fits the origional perameters.
Creativity- Creativity in general.
Movelist- How well the movelist was made to correspond with the Pokemon itself. (If a movelist is not present then the score is dropped to 5, which is also the minimum score one can get on this one.)
Necesity- The less we have of this certain something than the higher the score.
General Info- How in depth do you go with this Pokemon. The more info you give the higher the score.

Ideas- I don't think I've seen a water dragon psudo-legendary yet, so try that.
Rewards- 25 Pokens for entering, 100 Pokens for second place, 200 Pokens for first place and 250 Pokens if you provide your own sprites.
